About IFFCO Kisan Finance

IFFCO Kisan Finance Ltd (Kisan Finance) is a company promoted by Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), a unique organization working tirelessly for the farmers of the country for more than half a century. Founded in 1967 with just 57 cooperatives, it is today an amalgamation of over 36,000 cooperative societies with diversified business interests ranging from General Insurance to Rural Telecom apart from the core business of manufacturing and selling fertilisers. With every third bag of Urea and every fifth bag of complex fertilisers being produced or distributed by IFFCO, it has a commanding market share across the nation. IFFCO is well known as an ethical and transparent organisation, with the interest of the farming community being its sole focus.

Financial inclusion has been recognised as an essential driver behind sustained growth of the Indian economy as it helps uplift huge swathes of masses to a higher standard of living. Keeping this in mind, IFFCO promoted IFFCO Kisan Finance Ltd in December, 2017 order to provide highest quality of service to customers in a cost effective, efficient and ethical manner.

Our Journey

IFFCO Kisan Finance (formerly Kisan Rural Finance Limited) obtained an NBFC licence in July, 2018 and commenced its journey with tractor loan product initially in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Gradually, it has added Bihar, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Chhattisgarh in its area of operations.

Incorporated as Kisan Rural Finance Limited on 7 December, 2017.

June, 2018: Got RBI License

July, 2018: Started operations in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan

October, 2018: Started operations in Uttar Pradesh
