    What is down payment?

    A down payment is an initial payment made by the customer for the purchase of a tractor. It’s a balance between tractor price and loan amount.

    Who is eligible for a loan from IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited?

    Any Individual desirous in availing a retail loan for purchase of new tractor, used tractor, new harvester, agri-Implements and Used Commercial Vehicles (SCV and LCV) or any institution interested in availing a term loan facility from IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited. The loan will be provided on the basis of Income sources furnished and/or landholding along with supporting documents as applicable at the time of application.

    What are the loan tenure options available?

    A minimum period of 11 months and a maximum of 60 months, depending upon depending upon the loan type.

    How much time will it take for loan disbursal?

    Loans are usually disbursed in 2 - 3 working days subject to timely submission of all necessary documents.

    How will I repay my loan instalments?

    Loan instalments can be repaid through NACH (National Automatic Clearance House from the customer’s bank account provided at the time of loan booking). Also we have various digital channels like link based payment gateways and web based payment gateways available for repayment.

    What is the repayment frequency for the loan?

    Flexible repayment options matching the cashflow of the borrower are available and it can be monthly, quarterlyor half yearly.Structured repayment in the form of small and large installments are also available.

  • Account maintenance / Closure

    Can I make part payment (prepayment)?

    Customer can choose to pre-pay twice during the original tenure of the loan. Customer has been given the option to pre-pay once in a year (12 months), amount not exceeding 25% of principal outstanding. Applicable Part prepayment charges will be 3% on part prepayment amount + applicable GST. Reduction in tenor will be done while adjusting the part prepayment towards Principal Outstanding.

    How do I obtain a NOC if my ‘Registration Certificate’ is mutilated and I wish to apply for a duplicate ‘Registration Certificate’ for a vehicle under finance with IFFCO Kisan Finance?

    If I want to repay the loan earlier than the due date, then what will be the foreclosure charges?

    Foreclosure charges will be applicable as 3% on Principal Outstanding + applicable GST

    How do I obtain a NOC if I have lost my ‘Registration Certificate’ for a vehicle under finance with IFFCO Kisan Finance?

    You may obtain the NOC for a duplicate ‘Registration Certificate’ for your vehicle loan, by contacting our relationship executive.
